THE STRETCHES
Extract: In the following section are all the stretches in the book, with instructions for each position. They are grouped according to body parts and presented as a series, but any of them may be done separately without doing the entire routine. You need not stretch as far as the drawings indicate. Stretch by how you feel without trying to imitate the figure in the drawings. Adjust each stretch to your own personal flexibility, which will vary daily. Learn stretches for the various parts of the Body, at first concentrating on the areas of greatest tension or tightness.
